The New Hampshire Track Officials Association (NHTOA) is dedicated to promoting the highest standards of excellence in the officiating of high school Track and Field and Cross Country in the State of New Hampshire.
The NHTOA provides trained personnel to officiate in all phases of Track & Field and Cross Country helping to ensure safety and advocating the spirit of fair play.
The NHTOA also cooperates with the NHIAA and other organizations in the interest of promoting the sports of Track & Field and Cross Country at all appropriate levels.
