The New Hampshire Track Officials Association (NHTOA) values and takes every reasonable precaution to protect the privacy of its members, guests, and site visitors. When you submit sensitive information via our web site, your information is protected both online and offline from unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modification, and unlawful destruction or accidental loss.
 

Personal Information and How It Is Used
The NHTOA does not collect personal information, such as your name or address, for any purpose other than for assistance as you might request it. Your electronic inquiry may be forwarded to a member of our organization for handling, but under no circumstances will your information ever be provided to a third party unless by your specific request, or as required to effectively address your inquiry.

Please keep in mind that anytime you provide personal information of any kind while on a publicly accessible forum, message board, or chat room, participants on these media may collect or solicit the collection of your personal information; these parties may also utilize it for purposes not authorized by, or condoned by, the NHTOA.

Any data submitted through, or captured by, our website will in no way be shared or sold to any third party. The NHTOA does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals, for instance, when submitting a request for contact. The NHTOA does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under thirteen, please do not give us personal data. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personal data to the NHTOA, please contact us immediately and we will delete that information from our database(s).

The NHTOA provides links to other sites that are not owned by, affiliated with, or controlled by the NHTOA. These third-party sites, however, are not subject to, nor are they bound by, the NHTOA Privacy Policy. Such sites may or may not have their own privacy policies, and they may or may not collect personal information from you or place cookies on your browser. The NHTOA is not responsible for the privacy policies or information collection practices of these sites, or for any damages resulting from their use.
 

Changes to the NHTOA Privacy Policy
We will post any substantive changes in this privacy policy at least 30 days prior to the change(s) taking effect. Any information collected under this current policy will remain bound by the terms of this privacy policy. After the changes take effect, all new information collected, if any, will be subject to the revised privacy policy.
